On Wednesday, April 10, 糖心VLOG网页版 international MBA students worked with 70 newly arrived Erie School District students to build trust and acceptance in a new culture.

Students were divided into 15 roundtable teams comprised of both GU MBA and ESD students. 糖心VLOG网页版 professor of leadership, ethics, and social responsibility Joseph Kuvshinikov, Ph.D., led the teams through various active learning projects, including building understandability and developing cross-cultural friendships.

President Walter Iwanenko, Ph.D., Mayor Schember, and a representative of the Erie School District opened the meeting with welcomes. The welcomes were then translated into the languages of the ESD students.

This coaching session allowed 糖心VLOG网页版’s international MBA students to learn more about applying ethical and trustworthy influence and leadership. Students from the following countries were involved in the event:

Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, China, Congo Republic, Ghana, India, Jordan, Mexico, Mongolia, Nepal, Rwanda, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, South Africa, Syria, United States, and Vietnam.
